Overview
CMC's institutional Adobe Creative Cloud agreement provides access to the full suite of Adobe creative applications for eligible faculty and staff. Licensing is managed through CMC's institutional Adobe account — users sign in with their CMC credentials rather than creating personal Adobe accounts.
Applications can be installed on up to 2 devices simultaneously. The Creative Cloud Desktop app manages installation and updates for all Adobe products. Web-based tools including Adobe Express are available without installation. Contact the Help Desk if you have licensing questions or need to verify your eligibility.
Adobe Creative Cloud applications are available to students on Poppa Lab workstations 7, 8, and 9 via a Shared Device License. There is no personal student license — those three machines are the student route to Creative Cloud.
Looking for Acrobat Pro? It is licensed separately from Creative Cloud and carries its own terms — free to all CMC faculty and staff, two devices per license, no Creative Cloud subscription required. See Adobe Acrobat Pro.
