Overview
VIA is CMC's CRM platform for international student services, study abroad management, and SEVIS compliance reporting. Used primarily by the International Student Services (ISS) office, VIA centralizes all workflows related to student visas, SEVIS record management, study abroad program logistics, and regulatory compliance.
Access to VIA is restricted to authorized staff in International Student Services. Students interact with ISS staff who use VIA on their behalf for visa applications, travel authorizations, and SEVIS reporting. All data in VIA is classified P3 Sensitive and authenticated via CMC SSO.
Getting Started
Access via CMC SSO
Navigate to the VIA portal through the CMC SSO portal. Direct URL is provided by International Student Services to authorized staff.
Sign In with CMC Credentials
Enter your CMC credentials through the SSO redirect. Access is pre-provisioned by ITS for authorized ISS staff only.
Contact ISS for Access Requests
If you are an ISS staff member who needs VIA access, submit a ticket through the Help Desk and copy your supervisor for approval.
