Overview
Workday is CMC's enterprise-grade ERP system, managing human resources, payroll, finance, budgeting, and benefits administration. As a P4-classified system, all access requires CMC SSO plus mandatory MFA. Workday contains the most sensitive institutional data at CMC — payroll, personnel records, financial transactions, and benefits information.
Staff and faculty access Workday for employee self-service tasks (time entry, leave requests, pay stubs) and administrative workflows (procurement, reporting, onboarding). The Workday mobile app is available for common self-service tasks on any device.
Getting Started
Go to workday.cmc.edu
Navigate to workday.cmc.edu or access Workday from the CMC SSO portal (my.cmc.edu).
Sign In with CMC SSO + MFA
Enter your CMC credentials and complete Duo MFA. MFA is mandatory for all Workday sessions, including from on-campus networks.
Navigate the Home Dashboard
Your Workday home page shows personalized worklets for your role — Time, Pay, Benefits, Expenses, and more. Click any worklet to navigate to that area.
Download the Mobile App (Optional)
Install the Workday app from the App Store or Google Play. Sign in using your CMC account for mobile access to time entry, pay stubs, and leave requests.
