Overview
Trello by Atlassian is CMC ITS's primary project and release management platform, used internally by the ITS team for tracking project milestones, managing IT releases, and coordinating agile workflows. Trello's visual Kanban-style boards provide a clear, shared view of work in progress, upcoming tasks, and completed items.
ITS uses Trello to manage the full lifecycle of technology projects — from intake and scoping through delivery and post-launch review. Staff members who coordinate closely with ITS on technology projects may also receive access to relevant boards. Trello is authenticated via CMC SSO through Atlassian's enterprise identity management.
